Effective Date: July 1, 2026

By purchasing a Founding Creator Membership with The Social Collective Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership

The Founding Creator Membership is a recurring monthly membership designed exclusively for content creation, branding photography, videography, product photography, headshots, and similar creative sessions.

This membership may not be used for private events, parties, baby showers, bridal showers, networking events, workshops, ticketed events, or any other event-style gathering. Event rentals must be booked separately under the studio’s event rental pricing.

2. Founding Membership Price

Membership Fee: $299 per month

Includes 4 hours of studio time per calendar month

Additional studio time for Founding Members: $50 per hour, subject to availability

Unused hours do not roll over to future months and have no cash value.

Price is subject to change with no notice after the first 15 founding members, for new members.

3. Minimum Commitment

A minimum three (3) month commitment is required.

After the initial three-month commitment, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled according to the cancellation policy below.

4. Recurring Billing Authorization

By completing your purchase, you authorize The Social Collective Studio to securely store your payment method and contact information for membership management and recurring billing.

You authorize The Social Collective Studio to automatically charge your payment method $149 each month until your membership is canceled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information remains current.

5. Cancellation Policy

After your initial three-month commitment has been fulfilled, you may cancel your membership by providing at least thirty (30) days’ written notice prior to your next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

If proper notice is not received before your next billing date, one final monthly payment may be processed before your membership ends.

Founding Member pricing is only guaranteed while your membership remains active. If your membership is canceled, The Social Collective Studio cannot guarantee that Founding Member pricing will be available should you choose to rejoin in the future.

6. Refund Policy

All membership fees are non-refundable.

No refunds, credits, or prorated amounts will be issued for:

Unused membership hours

Missed appointments

No-shows

Early cancellation

Partial months

Failure to use membership benefits

7. Booking Policy

Reservations are required for every visit and are subject to studio availability.

Members may reserve the studio up to 60 days in advance.

Membership access is available Monday through Thursday.

Weekends are reserved for private events. However, if the studio remains unbooked, weekend availability may be offered to members within 48 hours of the available date on a first-come, first-served basis.

All setup, styling, photography, cleanup, and breakdown must occur within the member’s reserved booking time.

8. Membership Usage

Membership is intended solely for the enrolled member.

Members may bring photographers, videographers, assistants, models, or clients participating in their scheduled content session.

Memberships may not be shared, transferred, subleased, or resold.

9. Studio Care & Damage

Members are responsible for the actions of themselves and any guests they bring into the studio.

The studio, furniture, décor, props, and equipment must be returned in the same condition in which they were found.

The Social Collective Studio reserves the right to charge the member’s payment method for any repair, replacement, excessive cleaning, or damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or intentional damage. Documentation of the damage and associated costs will be provided.

10. Age Requirement

Members must be 18 years of age or older to purchase and maintain a membership.

11. Assumption of Risk

Members and their guests enter and use The Social Collective Studio entirely at their own risk.

The Social Collective Studio shall not be liable for personal injury, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring while using the studio.

Members assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of anyone they invite into the studio.

12. Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment cannot be processed, membership access may be suspended until payment is successfully received.

Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of the membership.

13. Membership Changes

The Social Collective Studio reserves the right to modify studio policies, operating hours, booking procedures, membership benefits, pricing for future memberships, and studio rules as necessary for business operations.

Founding Members will retain their Founding Member pricing while their membership remains active and in good standing.

14. Agreement

By checking the acceptance box during checkout and completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have read and understand these Terms & Conditions.

You authorize recurring monthly billing using your stored payment method.

You authorize The Social Collective Studio to securely retain your payment and contact information for membership management.

You understand that your membership automatically renews until canceled according to these Terms & Conditions.

You understand that a minimum three-month commitment is required.

You understand that all membership fees are non-refundable.

You agree to follow all studio policies and booking guidelines.

You assume all risks associated with using the studio.

You accept responsibility for any damages caused by yourself or your guests.

The Social Collective Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if these Terms & Conditions are violated.
