MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES
STUDIO AVAILABILITY
Members may reserve the studio Monday through Thursday.
Weekend access is reserved for private event rentals. If a weekend remains available, members may reserve it within 48 hours of the date on a first-come, first-served basis.
MONTHLY STUDIO TIME
Each membership includes 4 hours per calendar month.
• Hours do not roll over.
• Hours cannot be transferred or shared.
BOOKING POLICY
• Reservations are required.
• Booking opens 60 days in advance.
• Members may hold one active reservation at a time.
• Once that reservation has been completed, another date may be booked.
• All reservations are subject to studio availability.
SESSION LENGTH
Reservations may be booked as:
• One 4-hour session
• Two 2-hour sessions
Minimum reservation:
2 hours
Maximum reservation:
4 hours
SETUP & CLEANUP
Your reserved time includes setup and cleanup.

2-Hour Reservation
• 15 minutes setup
• 1 hour 30 minutes creating
• 15 minutes cleanup
Need additional time? Members may purchase extra studio hours for $50/hour, subject to availability.
GUEST POLICY
Members are welcome to bring:
• Photographer
• Videographer
• Assistant
• Immediate clients participating in the session
Memberships are intended for individual creators and may not be shared or transferred.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the reserved studio hours.
