Our studio is available for hourly or full-day rentals and provides a naturally beautiful setting for intimate events, photoshoots, workshops, and community gatherings. The space is intentionally styled and ready to adapt for whatever you have in mind.
For those who want to enhance their moment with custom details, our sister brand TC Collective Design offers full-service event styling. This includes custom backdrops, floral and balloon installations, specialty décor, and creative direction that transforms your vision into an elevated, cohesive experience.
Clients also have access to Collective Rentals by TC, a curated collection of furniture, props, linens, and specialty pieces that complement both the studio and any off-site event. Rentals can be arranged for pickup or delivery, making it simple to extend your aesthetic beyond the studio walls.

Do you offer event design and décor?
Yes! Through TC Collective Design, we offer full décor, backdrops, balloons, florals, table-scapes and styling services that can be added to any studio booking or event.
Do you offer rentals?
Yes! Collective Rentals by TC offers furniture, décor, linens, florals, and specialty pieces available for pickup or delivery.
Can I bring my own décor or hire an outside décor company?
To maintain the quality, safety, and consistency of our space, we do not allow outside décor companies. All décor, backdrops, balloons, silk florals, and styling must be provided through TC Collective Design or selected from Collective Rentals by TC. This ensures your event looks its best and aligns with the standards of our studio.
However, outside real florists are welcome for fresh floral arrangements, bouquets, or centerpieces. This policy allows you flexibility with live florals while still protecting the overall aesthetic and integrity of the studio.
Can I bring my own vendors?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your own photographer, caterer, baker, or other service based vendors, and we’re happy to recommend trusted local professionals as well.
However, outside décor vendors are not permitted, with the exception of real florists for fresh floral arrangements. All décor, backdrops, balloons, and silk florals must be provided through TC Collective Design or Collective Rentals by TC to ensure consistency and quality within our studio.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. You may bring catering, pastries, desserts, or your own refreshments to enjoy during your studio rental or event. We can also recommend local vendors if you’d like support with food options.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, seasonal events, or holiday dates. Popular time slots tend to fill quickly, so reserving early ensures the best availability for your event or photoshoot.
Do you have surround sound or speakers available?
Yes! Our studio is equipped with a surround sound system that you’re welcome to use during your rental. You can easily connect your phone or device to play your own playlist.
Is a kitchen available for my event?
Yes! We offer a prep kitchen with countertop space, a full refrigerator, sink, and basic amenities. It’s perfect for warming, plating, and organizing food. (Please note: no cooking or open flames are permitted.)
What's included with my studio rental?
Studio rentals include access to the main space, tables, chairs, and standard lighting. Additional décor, backdrops, linens, florals, or design elements can be added through TC Collective Design or Collective Rentals by TC.
How many guests can the studio accommodate?
Our studio comfortably accommodates up to 40 guests, depending on your layout and event style.
Do you handle setup and breakdown?
Yes, basic setup of tables and chairs is included. All additional décor, styling, and installations are handled by TC Collective Design. Clients are responsible for removing personal items and food at the end of their rental.
Do you offer event coordination or planning?
We offer light coordination and full design services through TC Collective Design. We do not offer full-service event planning at this time.
Is cleanup included?
A standard cleaning fee is included with rentals. Excessive mess, glitter, or confetti may result in an additional cleaning charge.
Is parking available?
Yes — we offer convenient on-site parking for you and your guests.
Are children allowed in the studio?
Yes, children are welcome with adult supervision. For safety, all décor installations and rentals must remain untouched unless otherwise noted.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Rescheduling is allowed with advance notice and based on availability. Cancellations follow the terms outlined in your rental agreement.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available for clients and guests.
What time can I arrive for setup?
We allow for 1 hour before and 1 hour after to set up and clean up
Can I host workshops or classes in the studio?
Absolutely! Our space is available for fitness classes, educational workshops, creative sessions, and brand events.
Can I see the space before booking?
Yes, we offer studio tours by appointment.
Is music allowed?
Soft, reasonable-volume music is allowed. DJ setups may require advance approval.
